Espacio Mínimo Gallery finishes season 2011-2012 with the group show “a.p. 4/4 (Artist Proof. Four of Four)” in its Anexo space. The show will host works by:

Artist proofs are the models that the artist uses to verify the features of the work that he is developing. Colour and form studies, space arrangements, and different revisions of the final image quality are done with the artist proofs. The notion of artist proof opens to register the beginning of four artistic careers: artist proofs are the first signs of four artistic sensibilities put to test, four gazes whose attempt, trials and errors, loans and reactions area also a sign of the spirit of the times, a sign of the way in which reality affects new sensibilities in formation. Four different art students, in four different formative periods, coming from different countries and different artistic disciplines, will attempt their authorship, learning –from eclecticism to style- that manner without manner that will constitute their singularity as future artist.
